Suzanne Folsom is a seasoned General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer who has worked as a change agent and transformational leader at multiple organizations such as AIG, ACADEMI (the company formerly known as Blackwater), the United States Steel Corporation and the World Bank.

She also served as an Advisor to the U.S. Delegation to the U.N. World Women’s Conference in Kenya; as the Chief of Staff to Republican National Committee Co-Chair Maureen Reagan; as Special Assistant to Barbara Bush; as the Private Secretary to Her Majesty Queen Noor of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and as a legal professional with two global law firms.
