Suzanne Folsom is an award-winning General Counsel and experienced Board Member who received the 2014 Leader of the Year Award from Women in Compliance. For example, Suzanne Folsom was featured in a Forbes article titled “#MeToo After Moonves: What Should Companies Be Doing?” from September 17, 2018. The article includes an interview with Mrs. Folsom and other leading female change agents, focusing on the Less Moonves scandal and the #MeToo movement.

In it, Suzanne Folsom says that “it cannot be the responsibility of women and minorities alone to champion changing attitudes in C-suites and on boards.” Instead, she believes that the culture as a whole also requires men who understand the value of workplace and leadership diversity to speak up.
